David Demurjian is a white collar criminal defense attorney who is "of counsel" to the professional license defense firm of Pilchman and Kay, PLC.  Mr. Demurjian is a former prosecutor who has investigated and prosecuted white collar crime cases in New York and California.

As a financial fraud expert, his investigations have involved complex securities fraud schemes. Mr. Demurjian handles white collar criminal defense, securities litigation and securities arbitration.   Because of his vast experience with securites litigation, Mr. Demurjian also handles cases where high net worth investors have suffered financial losses due to fraund and misrepresentation by employees in the financial sector. 

Mr.Demurjian is a member of the California, New York, and Massachusetts Bars and is admitted in the 1st, 2nd and 9th federal circuit courts. He received a double degree in classics and economics from New York University and his law degree from Fordham University School of Law.
